While I am normally an outdoor writer, review ideas will often pop into my head in different areas outside of the outdoor industry. My wife Emily and I took our anniversary trip to Disney World in January of 2018 and thought it would be a good idea to do some food reviews from the Celiac perspective since most of the research we could find was at least three years old. We will include pictures, chef names when applicable, quick service, table service, and anything else we can think of to make your trip a little easier. We used a dining plan so I won’t be able to give you dollar amounts for the meals and snacks.
Each restaurant or quick service will have its own page which will be linked below so you don’t have to scroll through 4500 words to find out if Tusker House is worth a stop or not.
For our food reviews we will use what we call the Payne Scale. Scale of 1 to 10, 1 being “Avoid this place” and 10 being “You can’t miss this one!”
