REVIEW: New Zeus Air from Uncharted Supply

New from Uncharted Supply Co. is the Zeus Air, All in One car system. With the ability to jump start a car, inflate a tire, charge phones with portable power and even serve as a light, the Zeus Air could be the next best thing for your car. I put it through the paces the last month and now it’s time to report out on the good, the room for improvement, and a final rating.

About The Zeus Air

The Zeus Air from Uncharted Supply Co. (MSRP: $219): The newest member of the Zeus family now includes a 130 PSI air compressor to prep boats and other vehicles for all kinds of summer adventures. From pumping up tires and air mattresses to paddle boards and inner tubes, this lightweight jump starter can use its 16,000 MaH power to jump up to a 6L diesel engine. Even better, the Zeus Air can charge phones, tablets and laptops with USB-C and USB output to reach those summer destinations without losing power. It also includes a bright LED light to provide additional visibility in harsh conditions.

Zeus Air : The Good

Based on the packaging I thought this unit might be bigger than it is. Luckily, it’s pretty compact so it will work great as a car rescue companion or a throw-and-go for the beach to air up pool toys or even an air mattress. The light is a great help at night or early morning and is significantly brighter than other similar devices.

The Zeus Air has amazing battery jumping capability. The ability to start a V8 engine is significant (and more than my Subaru would need. The 130 PSI air pump also quickly inflates tires, rafts, etc. It also comes with several nozzle attachments so you can go from a big tire to a football and then to an air mattress with everything you need.

When I look for an all-in-one car rescue kit, I prefer small and the Zeus Air delivers. Compact but powerful, it sets a new standard.

After a long day in the sun, your phone may need a little extra juice from all the videos you’ve been shooting. The Zeus Air even has that. More importantly, if you are in a rescue situation, you can keep your phone charged.

Zeus Air : Improvements

On the instrument panel, you can see a start button but there is no stop. The start button for the air pump is the stop button but you have to hold it down for two seconds. I’d like to see this as a one touch on and off and maybe labeled that way as well.

The price point at $219 is up there. If there were a way to get this at $179 I think the market would open up even more.

The Zeus Air slots for the charging cables are a bit close together. For folks with bigger hands, it’ ‘s a little tight.

Zeus Air : Final Thoughts

The Zeus Air is a great tool! It has a permanent spot in my car kit now. With a few minor tweaks it could be even better but as is, it’ll definitely get the job done.
